As Co-owner and Consulting Partner, Sarah has over 30 years of executive recruiting experience, at large consulting firms including Spencer Stuart, Boyden and Boardroom Consultants.  She has conducted c-level and board search engagements for companies in a broad range of industries including industrial manufacturing. 

As Co-owner and Business Partner, Janet handles all operations and marketing  responsibilities for Mary, Jane and Associates. Her previous experience includes launching two start-ups, one of which is a recruiting firm,  and working marketing and communications at corporations such as GE and  Cigna Healthcare.

 Barb has has worked in executive recruiting for over 20 years, most recently at Boyden. As our Senior Associate, Barb excels at research and candidate development. Her experience includes placing senior management and executive level positions for companies in a variety of industrial sectors. She is now looking forward to applying these skills to the Cannabis market.

 As Senior Advisor and Consulting Partner, 

Jason has more than three decades of industrial and international business experience. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of our sister business, focusing on executive recruiting in the industrial space. His background includes leading the industrial practice at RSR Partners, and  serving as a Senior Client Partner at Korn/Ferry.
